If you were admitted between 2019-20 and 2023-24, you are on the 2019 scheme. Students admitted in 2024-25 and later are on the 2024 scheme.

What is the CGPA to percentage formula for the KTU 2019 scheme?
The official formula is: Percentage = CGPA × 10. This was updated by the KTU Academic Council order on June 29, 2023. For example, a CGPA of 7.5 equals 75%.

What is the passing criteria for the KTU 2019 scheme?
You need at least 50% overall marks (CIE + ESE combined) and a minimum of 40% in the end-semester exam alone. Failing either condition means you need to appear for the supply exam.

How many credits are needed to complete KTU 2019 scheme BTech?
A minimum of 160 credits across 8 semesters is required to be eligible for the BTech degree under the 2019 scheme.
