How to Prepare for KTU ECE Semester 1
MAT101 and PHT110 carry the highest marks. Mathematics from S1 — especially matrices and calculus — is used throughout ECE. Engineering Physics covers semiconductor physics which directly connects to ECE core subjects. Don't underestimate EST130 (Basics of EEE) — it introduces key concepts you will use from S3 onwards.
